Summer’s POV

Standing on the large white gate in front of me, I glanced around, searching for any potential onlookers. However, this majestic mansion towered over the secluded corner of the city, devoid of any passersby. Adding to the seclusion, many guards patrolled the premises. 

As I confirmed the accuracy of the address and my location, my heart skipped a beat when someone unexpectedly tapped me on the back.
