Chapter 44. My Overcaring Professor

Inaya's POV

Next day

I'm climbing upstairs thinking about my hottie professor, smiling like an idiot, completely lost in his world. Shit! I tripped over a stair and fell. My ankle and elbow have been scratched badly. 

"Are you fine?" A student asked me. 

"I'm fine, thank you," I replied and saw a few students laughing at me, standing at the corner. I shook my head in disbelief. 

What kind of people they are? I wondered incredulously.

"How could anybody enjoy seeing someone in pain?" I murmured to myself before standing up, holding the railing. 

"Oh god, Inaya, how did this happen? Are you fine?" Anu freaked out, seeing my scratched elbow as I settled down on the desk beside her. 

"I tripped on the stair and I'm fine." I reassured her, blinking my eyes. 

"You're so careless, Inaya." She chided me like my mother, blowing air on my elbow. I smiled at her, seeing her care.
