Chapter 55. End of Sports Festival
As Edwina rushed down the hallway out of the building. She remembered how Silas, with a deep breath, had summoned his courage and gazed into her eyes as he began to confess. His words were spilled forth in a torrent of vulnerability and sincerity that she could feel in the way he grasped her hands.
Silas had just confessed his deep-seated feelings for her, laying bare his soul and hoping against hope that she feels the same way and Edwina was still taken aback that it had happened. Her expression shifted from surprise to a storm of emotions as she rushed towards her dormitory without looking back.
