Mark’s POV

When Thomas gave us the address, Hugo quickly called the police to let them know, and although I don’t trust them too much, I think it’s a good idea for the police to come with us, for our safety.

“I’ll go with my car and you follow me, okay?” said Thomas heading for the exit.

Hugo and I follow him, and Emily who has Ely in her arms does the same before being stopped by Andrew.

Emily’s POV

I turn to face Andrew, who releases my arm.

“Yes?”

“I think you should better stay here, you must watch over Ely. You would be safer here than there.”

“But I want to be there to see my sister and Natasha!”

I try not to raise my voice too much because Ely is sleeping in my arms.

“Emily, I say this for your safety.”

“I also want to come, Andrew, I’ll stay in the car if you want, I promise.”

He huffs, then finally nods.

“I’ll be waiting for you in the car,” he said, heading for the exit.
