Chapter 199. Distant Consolation

“Isabella…” Jane called but did not know what to say further. Isabella too had not turned to acknowledge her when she had called out her name. She was pacing around in the room and seemed to be in thoughts far from the environment around her that it was very much possible she had not heard Jane call her.
