Chapter 142. Selena Becomes an Addict Again

Monday came very quickly. Selena had avoided Xavier all day and gone out with Titus for fun. Selena’s friends began to suspect she was up to something, but as usual, she tried to twist words. 

On Tuesday, the same thing happened, she had skipped class. Titus had met her at her house, and they both agreed to go for a drive, allowing her to skip therapy once more. 

Selena smiled as Titus drove along the motorway. She rolled down the window and peered through, feeling the breeze. Selena returned Titus’ gaze. “Would putting my head out the window be dangerous?” She inquired. She knew deep down that she had always liked taking risks. 

“You can do anything you want when you are with me, Selena.” Titus stated. 

“This should be a lot of fun!”
