Asper’s POV

I took a deep breath before holding the door knob of my house’s door here in Yain City.

It was already night when we arrived here and just like what I expected, I immediately felt immense fear. Memories of that horrible night, one year ago, flashed in my eyes.

But I tried my best to ignore it. I kept whispering to myself that it would never happen again because I was not alone anymore.

I have my bodyguards with me and they will do everything to protect me.

Also, my problem with Hector has already gone. It might be unexpected but he is slowly changing. And he chose to do the right thing and switch on walking the right path to keep his position as the crown prince of this country.

And I don’t have any connection to Jyn anymore. I completely cut it and I don’t intend to come back there because that is the right thing to do.
