Chapter 18

Raymond's POV

I looked at my beloved Violet who was confused on how to eat. She looked so cute when she's confused. I smiled to myself and began to eat my food as she copied me. Cute. Her every action entices me immensely, it urges me to devour her but I refrained myself from making an irredeemable mistake. “Do you like it?” I asked slowly, glancing at her when she followed me to eat it with bread.

“I thought I wouldn’t but.. it’s amazing. What is it?” She asked, astonished by the delicious taste of it.

“It’s menemen, Turkish style scrambled eggs.” I replied.

“I knew they would be scrambled eggs.” She mumbled, I hummed as we continued to eat our food.

After breakfast Celine whispered to me,

"Brother.. Good Luck... See you on Reception!" Despite her attempt to speak slowly, she was still loud enough to be heard by Violet. Violet just rolled her eyes off me. How dare she. Calm down Raymond. Calm down, don’t create an ordeal out of one action.
