"That bastard! I swear I'm going to make him pay for what he did to me, " I roared in anger, pacing about in my living room.

Jerome stood there, looking at me in shock. He was surprised at Damien's attack on me.

"I should have seen this coming. That annoying man just offered to help you out of the blue and we didn't think about it. Someone that hates you with all of his bones. Damn him!" Jerome groaned, sharing in my pain.
