Damon didn’t say a single word—no warnings, no dramatic threats. He just moved like a goddamn bullet and decked Aaron right in the face. Full-force, no hesitation.

Aaron stumbled back, clutching his jaw, and I swear I heard his teeth rattle. “You fucking bastard,” Damon snarled, rolling his shoulders. “How dare you mess with my mate?”
