Kayla's POV

Veronica has been angry at me since the incidents, and now I do not know how to pacify her, now that I am no madder at her.

"Hi, Veronica!" I greeted her as she sat in the corner of her room quietly.

"Hi!" She muttered not willing to speak with me.

"I am sorry for how I treated you, before now... forgive me." I begged her.

"I am sorry that I let my emotions get in the way of our beautiful relationship." I told her as I saw a faint smile formed on the side of her mouth.

"It fine and you are forgiven, but I need to be on my way for my appointment with Megan." Veronica said as she got ready to leave the house.

"Before, you do so, can I talk to you?" I asked her calmly.

"Okay!" She said as I held her hands as she sat down.

"I need a favor." I sighed immediately I said that because I could not decipher what Veronica's reaction will be if she finds out.

"Okay..." Veronica replied with apt attention.
