Friends Like No Other

Rohit smiled too much that it caused wrinkles to appear on his face. Rai was overwhelmed he did not noticed the fake smile on Rohit's face. Rai finally walked up to where the man was, and the two friends hugged.

"Why are you sitting here Rohit? Rai asked as he looked around and checked if there was anyone around, but he could not find anyone. He looked at Rohit and he noticed that Rohit was avoiding his gaze. He desisted from asking Rohit questions cause he knew how private Rohit was. Whenever he wanted to figure out anything about Rohit, he would approach Rohit's mother who was his own godmother.

" I rather be here than be tortured by Priya's poor choice of music." Rohit replied and they both laughed.

Priya hated any gatherings that included their parent, and anytime they had one, she would play old disco songs that nobody liked so that everyone would desist from staying too long at the gathering.
