Chapter 27. You Naughty Minx

Wren POV

I bump into Judi the moment I burst into the regular bar.

“Goodness, Wren! We got worried!” Judi exclaims. “We were coming to get you.”

I grab her hand. “Ezra’s a tool. Come on, we’re leaving.”

“W-what—”

The words are barely out of her lips when I’m dragging her back to Liam and Mateo.

“But first, I have to do something,” I tell Judi.

“Do what?” She nearly shrieks, her hand tightening in mine.

Liam gets up immediately he sees us approaching.

I reach him in three strides.

“Wren, are y—”

His words cut off as I grab him by the shirt, and pull him to me. My lips close over his, and I kiss him.

Liam stiffens, but relaxes a minute after. Soon enough, he’s returning my kiss, hands pulling me closer by the waist.

My tongue slides into his warm mouth, and his lips part wider. His length digs into my stomach.

I moan.

“Damn,” Mateo whistles. “Are we gonna kiss too, Judi?”
