He wears a dazzling genuine diamond crown and has a sword in his hand. Scarlet drips on the otherwise grey blade grab my attention. His other hand is linked with that of a softer, more gentle-looking woman. I was ready to ask Lexcis whether it was his mother, but decided against it.
The woman seemed friendlier, even divine. She had rounder features, heavy brows, and a noticeable mole just behind her eye. Her grin made me smile. And, while I understand that it is a statue, the artist has accurately caught her likeness. When I look back at the king, I observe a terrible chuckle on his face. I would not call it intimidating; it is more. When I look into his eyes, I get a sense of unease and disturbance. His statue alone disgusted me; I honestly do not want to meet him.
"Right around the corner, we have a large space for everyone to rest, dine, and get ready. Your Highness, your Room-" Rhea says.
