"It's completely silent. There's no sound coming from inside. Maybe he's still sleeping?" I ponder aloud, gazing at Lexcis's closed door. "I mean, it's noon, so normally he'd be up, but I don't know; he could be asleep."
But then unexpectedly, a shit ton of noise erupts from his room. Glass shatters, heavy things fall to the ground, and most importantly, Lexcis screams out in anger.
I flinch when I hear a sudden thud right against the door. A weak, pathetic part of me just wants to walk in, hold him, stop him, but I can't. There are cameras in his room, cameras which I'm sure Arthur is checking every second, especially now that he's gone.
