I was already done, but Lexcis suddenly spoke up, "please, no more." He bawled his hands into fists and got off the bed, pacing around the room. I couldn't bring myself to look at him anymore.

Maybe I had talked too much? Perhaps I went too far; I shouldn't have told him every detail.

He muttered things underneath his breath, and his words pierced through me. "I'm sorry,
