"Aldric informed us of your plan, and the people are grateful," V mentioned.

"I assume the people are a nickname for Sorana?" I ask with a smirk.

"How?" she asked. That is all she sounds like she wants, for us to stop always knowing about her love life, or romantic life as some people might call it.

"You are easy to read, love," Zave says playfully, followed by a laugh. "What about Shaye?" He asks me while looking straight at me.

"Yes, but what about her? V, you make little hearts break, don't you?"

"Shaye and I were not serious," she says with a smile and a roll of the eyes. "She kissed me, but that was it."

"And Sorana has the potential to be serious? Did you kiss Sorana yet?" I ask at the same time as Zave.
