"I'm taking my niece with me so you two can- I actually don't care about what you do, I just want my niece with me."

"Z, she isn't feeling okay. I don't want her-"

"Just for half an hour. I'll bring her back."

I sigh, glancing over at Lexcis. He doesn't like it either but nods, "Half an hour and you bring her back. If she cries, you bring her back. Okay?"

"Yes, sir." Zave teases. I watch as he carefully takes her into his arms. "I'll bring her before. Say bye to mommy and daddy!" He makes Fayera wave at us and I chuckle. Lexcis steps toward her to kiss her hair before they go. Once they're gone, he sets his eyes on me.

"I'm so-"

"If you say I'm sorry, I will jump out of that window." I look over at the window and then back at him.

"Well, I don't want that."

"Good
