I roll my eyes at him but he continues to talk, "I thought that you had killed your mother. I left her for dead. Her brother found her and saved her. She came back, looking for you. I told her that you didn't make it. She kept looking for you. But you looked dead on that fucking wedding tape and she's fucked in the head. For a minute, I thought you were dead too."

"Fucked in the head?" I chuckle. "You took her child from her and left her to die. She endured a lot. She survived a lot. You did that. You-"

"No." He shakes his head. "Her brother did that. He told Amara that she was dead. He made everyone think that she was dead. Granted, he did it because she wasn't stable and he wanted to save her but still... He did that. Not me."

"You know so much... Did you know that she had noble blood?"
