Astrid’s overwhelming victory only further proved to the pack why she was truly worthy of being the Delta. If Vance were ever to fall in battle, she would make a good replacement, but I pray to the lunar goddess that it should never happen.

“Hahahaha, I told you I’m strong. If you want to be the next Delta, you better work hard!” Astrid laughed some more.

“That’s enough, Astrid. They’ve already lost. There’s no need to rub salt in the wounds,” said Vance.

“Sorry, Mr. Vance, got a little carried away there, tee-hee,” she laughed again.

Vance raised his eyebrow and went to assist his mate and friend.

“Vance, that girl is crazy. Her fighting style is too wild,” said Harmony.

“She doesn’t fight like a human, neither does she fight like a normal werewolf,” Timothy added.

“I know. I’ll have to be keeping an eye on her from now on. I just hope she won’t endanger the alpha,” Vance said as he looked at her.

“So where w
