Chapter 64. Berserker

Adonis’s POV

Vance had shifted back into human form and was wielding his tuning sword masterfully. Despite its appearance, it was good both defensively and offensively. Every time it hit something, it made a chime noise that irritated some enemies.

He jumped over a charging wolf and cut its back with the sword. He then landed and kicked a guy in the face, forcing him into a crowd of people.

Vance then took another stance; this was a single slash pose, and he rushed the crowd with it, striking each with a single slash of his sword.

Some came at him with their own swords, and he broke them instantly with his own. The metal was definitely not iron, neither was it silver; it was something they called aluminum, and yet it was strong enough to break normal iron and flexible enough to vibrate.
