Chapter 149. Air of Deaths

Ava's POV

The training lasted till midnight before Skye allowed everyone to retire to their rooms for the battle ahead.

The morning came more quickly than expected, but the pack warriors did not look like they lacked sleep. It must be that Skye had done this before.

He addressed the pack concerning the battle with the demon king. A few warriors were assigned to guard the pack house with all their strength.

We were ready, dressed, swords in our hands, ready for the battle that had taken place six years ago happening again.

Just then a blast of wind sent many of the pack warriors flying off. I heard a burst of evil laughter and looked to see father appearing mid air.

This was just after noon and he had taken us by surprise. "I told you I'd be back." He said smirking.

Skye and I readied our swords and stood side by side.

I wondered how he got his body. 

"Do not be surprised that I am in my body. This is all that I have planned,"
