Chapter 88. Embracing the Love

Ava’s POV

Skye lowered himself as he stretched forth his hand. "Shall I have a dance, my lady?" He asked gracefully and I placed my hand in his and he enclosed it and led me to the dance floor.

The Spanish song El Prado filled the hall as the orchestra played to every tune. Skye placed his arm around my waist and my hands rested on his shoulder as we danced slowly. "Don't think I won't ask you about those ladies," I said to him and he gave a light chuckle.

"I have a belief you know already." He said to me. "Why do you want to break your heart the more?" He asked.

"I still want to know," I shrugged, indignantly.

"Lucia is a human I had an affair with who knew about the existence of wolves and Hadley also is a woman I had an affair with from another pack." He said.

"Did you also take them on occasions like this?" I asked him.

"You look exceptionally beautiful tonight." He said, changing the topic. I decided to go with the flow and ask him later.
