Kieran’s POV

I've been lying down on this massive bed since Eva left. I sighed tiredly as I shifted on the bed. I groaned inwardly.

Then I felt it.

A sharp pain

Unbearable.

A painful agony tore through my chest, unlike anything I had ever experienced. It felt as though invisible claws had sunk into my heart, twisting and squeezing it. My breath came in ragged gasps, my vision blurred, and I clutched at my chest, trying to stop the pain .

I gritted my teeth as the pain forcefully threw me to the tiled floor, my body convulsing on the floor . Every muscle in my body screamed in protest as I curled into myself, gasping for air.
