The doctor ordered me complete rest, and as a woman trying to have a little more awareness, I accepted without further ado. My baby was strong; I needed to think that, and now I could only rest so as not to harm him. I understood the danger I had faced and the terrible consequences that acting without thinking could have. It was a serious matter; my baby was the priority in my life, and I had to understand that. I could fight from the castle without the need to expose myself to external damage on the streets.
The first to arrive was Clarisa, making me jump out of bed with immeasurable joy in my chest. Jason was leading her by the arm; she was very thin, and her hair was disheveled, almost unrecognizable from the effects of confinement. Even so, she smiled at me and hugged me.
