"The rain doesn't seem to be letting up anytime soon," I commented, sitting in Aiden's car as torrents of rain pounded against the windows. We were trapped inside the vehicle, unable to step out due to the relentless downpour. The doormen who usually provided umbrellas were nowhere to be seen, as the rain was far too heavy even for them.
