After the death of "The Master" and listening to Mateo talk about his history, Sofia felt the time was right for her to reach out to her best friend, Diego so that she could know how he had been doing since she left.

"Diego!" Sofia called out when Diego finally picked up the call. He felt glad to hear her voice after a long time before informing her that he was getting married to Ava next week and that he tried reaching out to her, but couldn't get a hold of her since she was unreachable.
