"He agreed, the new time now is 8:30 AM. I hope you have gotten ready?"

"Yeah, already done. Thanks for speaking in my favor, I should be leaving the house by now. Del is also done and would be……."

"What!" She screams. "Who's that? Del! The Del I know?" She asks, her pitch so high.

While inside, I heard a sound from underground, I found the key, followed it down to where I saw her bound by Jack, she would have died if not that I came to her timely rescue. "

"Why the need to form all these stories for me?" She chuckles. "Don't stress yourself, I can't believe it." She hisses. "Just rest!"

I laugh inside myself. Does this girl think that I'm lying to her? I shake my head not knowing what to say, by her reaction, I don't know whether she is angry or amused.
