Chapter 65

We arrive at the shoot just nine minutes before four and I quickly step inside. Adrian is standing arms akimbo and turns around when I call his name.

"Sam, thank goodness you're here. I was starting to think you wouldn't make it."

"Why would I not? This movie is just as important to me, it's my debut so I can't mess it up."

His face lits up when he sees Olive. "You brought your friends, again. Hi Olive."

Olive blushes and Miranda rolls her eyes. "Hi Adrian."

"You guys would have to wait for Sam backstage, okay. Non cast and crew members are not allowed on set."

"Got it," Carl says.

"Good. Sam, follow me," Adrian says and makes his way to the set.

"Hope you were able to learn your lines?" Olive asks me.

"I guess."

"You got this girl," Miranda says and gives me a gentle push in Adrian's direction. Immediately I arrive on set, the makeup artist and stylist accost me and pull me into the dressing room to change into the clothes
