I turned to face her just as she fanned out her huge jet-black wings. She jumped up onto the railing, so that she was squatting on it like a damn gargoyle, then held onto it with one hand, before leaping off of it. Her wings fanned out further, as they guided her gracefully to the floor. I could hear her heels tap angrily against the tiled floor as she stomped towards me.

“I may not be a Phoenix like you, but I have been a hunter and a hybrid since before you could talk. You are no match for me, Freya!” She said in a rough tone as she approached me.

I couldn’t be bothered to listen to her horse shit, so I hurled my fireball at her. She was much faster than I had anticipated and as the fireball reached her, she vanished.
