Freya Rose

I could hear people screaming all around me, and arms were grabbing at me trying to pull me away. Everything sounded slow and muffled like I was underwater or something. I felt more and more arms clutching at me and trying to tug at me. I blinked a few times and began to focus on my surroundings. I looked down and my eyes grew wide at the sight that beheld me. My hands were squeezed tight around Mason's neck. Time sped up instantly and the slow muffled screams became clear and incredibly loud.

“Freya, please let him go!” One voice screamed.

“He can't breathe, Freya. Please!” Another shouted out.

I released Mason's neck from my grip and relaxed my body, allowing the hands around me to pull me away from his lifeless body. I was dragged down the landing on my ass and held in place while I watched Finnley and Evan scramble to give Mason CPR.
