Chapter 47. The Blood
Kahuna and I were dragged to a faraway place.
"Kahuna, are you okay?" I asked, standing up.
"Yes, I'm fine," replied Kahuna, standing up.
"We better run fast before they catch us behind," I said. Then we quickly ran from that place. Sure enough, we weren't far. The dragon-headed, gorilla-bodied monster was behind us. Whenever we block a fallen tree trunk. The beast shoots fire at us.
"What monsters? They become a lot when the sun's light starts to disappear," asked Kahuna.
I started to look around me. What Kahuna said was true. They multiplied when the sun began to dim.
Our running steps ended at the edge of a high waterfall.
"We're going to fly Kahuna?" I said.
"But I don't have wings, and I don't know how to fly," replied Kahuna.
The monsters were approaching and a few steps away from our existence.
"Jump..." I said.
