Chapter 192. Mary's Destiny

She didn't see me coming. She was talking to a nurse, who hugged her and took her into the hospital. At that moment I understood that she was crying.

I went into the hospital after her and asked for her at reception. I learned that she had gone upstairs with the nurse to have her treatment.

I went up after her, still not paying attention to what the receptionist had told me.

I spotted the nurse who had hugged her outside and went up to her.

The nurse looked at me suspiciously.

“You can't come in here. This place needs to be preserved and free of bacteria.”

“Where's Mary? She left me alone on the table...”

The nurse immediately changed her expression and was really angry.

“So it was you who fired her?”

“She didn't leave me much choice.”

The nurse took a deep breath and pointed to the glass window, where there were several people with IVs in their arms.

“What's wrong with these people?” I asked,
