Luc laughed heartily. When he calmed down and saw Giovanna's indifferent eyes, he felt like having another fit of laughter.

"You're good with words. You know how to scold someone with spectacular turns of phrase. I knew you wouldn't disappoint me with your black humor. You've always had it in you... At least something that hasn't changed..."
