Chapter 71

Teddy and Smith were heading to a bar to cool off after the night. They had gone over the plans for the mission again, making sure that everybody knew their duties and obligations.

The duo had no intention of drinking; they needed a clear head for the following day. Smith had every intention of maybe taking a small glass of cocktail, something he was sure wouldn’t mess him up for the next day.

Teddy, however, he knew was going to want to take a woman home, and he did not have a problem with that. After all, it would be an addition to their cover story if it could be said that he had taken a woman home the previous night before being kidnapped. As a matter of fact, Smith knew that the more normal they could make their lives that night, the better for them.

Jack had proven useful; he had set up all the equipment that was needed and said that all they had to do was simply give the word, and it would be delivered at the tunnel.
