Katelyn's POV

I feel immobilized as if I can't breathe properly, and my heart is racing due to nervousness.

I quickly pulled away from him and saw how it saddened his face.

"Ah, sorry, Gadreel, I'm just not used to another guy embracing me," I replied, and he forced a bitter smile in front of me.

"But you're comfortable with Eligor, right?" he asked unexpectedly, catching me off guard. I was surprised and didn't know how to answer because I am comfortable with Eligor.
