Chapter 102. Night Owls

Marie smiled as her gaze followed Trisha's back. Then she looked around the house from where she was seated. She happened to see the neighbor's house over the rainbow. She was staring at it with a confused look when Trisha arrived back to the living room with a tray of two glasses of juice and some fruits.

"What is it?" Asked Trisha, her eyes followed to trace what Marie was intently gazing at.

"Oh! Sorry, I just ahhmm... I think I saw someone from the next-door neighbor," Marie answered hurriedly. She did not want to scare Trisha, so she decided not to tell her what she noticed about the woman from next door. Marie thought she should ask Carl if he knew anything first and decide from there if Trisha needed to know or not.
