Chapter 123. Unwanted Guests

"If only no one is at the door, maybe I won't let you go as well," Trisha replied sweetly. She was enjoying seeing him torn about what to do. As if it was a clue, the doorbell started ringing again.

"Fuck!" Denny pulled his hair in annoyance as the person at his door was getting way too deep into his nerves and skin. "I better get down there before my eardrums bleed!"

Trisha laughed merrily at his annoyed mien and got dressed. She did not hurry in her moves as she was hoping whoever was his guest would be gone when she got down to prepare their meal. It would be a late breakfast and lunch combined.

Trisha was humming as she freshened herself up. She was about to walk down the stairs when she heard Denny and a lady shouting at each other. She was not sure of what to do. Shall she go back into the room and stay until his guest leaves or proceed to the kitchen and prepare her master's meal?

She was about to turn around when Denny saw her and called her over.
