It was just after lunch and I had finished giving the horses their baths. Since the Alpha didn't want me at the pack house, near the guests, until after the mating ceremony, I was done with chores for the day.

I sat quietly in my stall with my eyes closed trying to conserve my energy. I rarely ever had any free time, so this was nice.
