Caius’s POV

I tried to calm down a bit before I turned to the two boys. I was still putting Owen and Kalix on edge with my power and strength. They didn’t understand how powerful I was, and they knew that this wild beast in front of them could easily tear them apart.

“What do you know? You look like you have enough to do right now. We’ll just go find our friends, and you can go back to the battle and everything else.” Kalix grabbed Owen’s arm and said, “Turn around and run as far away from my piercing eyes as you can.”

“Do. Not. Move.” I told them, and they couldn’t move. What did they do with her?

“I... I’m not sure.” Owen stammered to hide his fear, but he knew that his answer would only make me madder.

“It’s a school. We saw some Rogues drag prisoners in there, but we didn’t see Elise. We came to get you because we needed more help
