It was really an all or nothing move. With quiet a number of his businesses forced to close, merge or be sold, he was really losing everything just the way Carlos wanted but the one thing he still had, even though he’d lost money and reputation, was manpower. Every last member of every last gang of his could be utilized in a last ditch effort to not just put his middle finger up but to win at least one thing and that one thing was Carlos himself.

Carlos finally understood what they talked about when they mentioned war between the two underworld lords.
