Chapter 7. Discussion
Carlos did as he was told, and when he was just a step away from the Man in Black, he stopped.
The Man in Black stood up and turned to face him. Carlos looked at the figure before him. This man truly deserved his title—rich and incredibly handsome.
It was hard to tell exactly how old he was because he looked like he was still in his mid-20s. Only the slicked-back strand of white hair among his black hair hinted at his aging, like a dot of ink on a white cloth.
Carlos was awed by the sight. It was impossible to believe that the man right in front of him was unmarried—willingly, no less. It just didn’t seem possible.
Carlos noticed that this man’s blue eyes were indeed nothing short of eye-catching to women, and his physique and posture would undoubtedly drive them mad. But then Carlos remembered that the man before him loved to live a secretive life, as Alfred had told him earlier. This made everything make sense.
