Chapter 6. A Meeting with the Man in Black
After a few hours on the road, they arrived at the Bill estate.
Carlos’ mouth gaped at the scene before him. This Bill estate truly deserved its reputation. Ashley had told him it was a place for the highborn—a place for politicians, huge entrepreneurs, and landowners. It had eye-catching, luxurious, and expansive features.
All around were large mansions and residences, with well-manicured gardens, private security, and gated entrances to ensure privacy and safety.
From where Carlos sat in the jeep, he could see amenities as they drove by—swimming pools, tennis courts, home theaters, and even private helipads. This intrigued Carlos.
All of this could explain why the estate’s land size was equivalent to that of an entire city. They drove for another half hour before reaching the Bill mansion.
