Chapter 168
Alpha Rolan's POV
I stood at the entrance of the palace, my pulse thrumming with the intensity of my anger. The guards hauled Griffin in, dragging him through the hallway, and I could already see the smugness drained from his face.
He looked disheveled, his shirt wrinkled, his hair messy, a clear indication he had been up to something unsavory. The idea of him indulging himself, while Pandora was missing, sent a fresh wave of rage coursing through me.
My jaw tightened, and I could feel my hands clench involuntarily into fists.
As soon as the guards shoved Griffin in front of me, I didn’t wait for a greeting. I grabbed his collar and slammed him against the nearest wall. The impact echoed, and Griffin gasped in shock, his eyes widening.
“Where is she?” My voice came out as a growl, low and dangerous.
Griffin blinked, genuinely taken aback. “W-what?” he stammered. His confusion only fueled my rage.
“Pandora!”
