Chapter 174. Three Heads

Savannah’s POV

Luna Lisa leads the way as Logan, Harlan, Beta Jon, and I follow behind her. She takes us to the second floor, away from the crowd of people. After walking down the long corridor, we step into the grand library, a beautiful room with oak wood panels, big windows, and a huge shelf of books on the walls.

Inside the room, the elders of the Red River Pack are seated on the brown leather couches. Luna Lisa then goes to the big windows and she closes the curtains, as if to say that we don’t want anyone outside the room to know what we’re doing in here.

“So, welcome, everyone,” Luna Lisa says to the elders and to us, and we all nod back at her.

“…The reason I brought you all here is because we need to figure out what happens next,” she continues. “I know we’re still mourning the passing of my late husband, but I feel it’s necessary for us to come together and have this discussion.”
