Chapter 47. Dancing Queen
Savannah’s POV
“What’s wrong?” Harlan asks, noticing the worry on my face.
“I… I don’t know if I wanna drink this,” I say finally.
“Why? It’s just moonshine,” Logan says as he downs his entire drink. “Whoa, this one’s stronger than the last one, definitely.”
“I just think your uncle’s a bit… weird,” I say cautiously, holding my glass tightly in my hand.
“Jack can be overly friendly sometimes, but he’s harmless,” Harlan says reassuringly before finishing his drink.
Harlan and Logan’s drinks are empty now, so they’re looking at me, waiting for my next move.
“Come on,” Logan presses me on.
“Fine,” I say finally, rolling my eyes, and downing the drink in one big gulp.
