Chapter 25. Sulie's Plan to Become Queen

“Dreckos, have you seen Toremo? I have been looking for him all around the palace but I could not find him.” Sulie asked Dreckos whom she passed by at the living room of the palace.

“Hmm, check on him at the lanai area, he might still be there,” Dreckos replied nonchalantly.

Walking briskly, Suli went to the lanai area. She never had been in this area of the palace before. However, she did not see Toremo in the lanai area. She decided to try to check him in his room.

She knocked thrice before the door of Toremo’s room opened. He was awakened from sleep, Sulie noticed.

“Toremo, sorry, did I disturb you from sleeping?” Sulie asked worriedly wondering what happened to his reddish face which she noticed when she shot him a look.

Toremo nodded furrowing, “Yes you do. I was sleeping soundly but you kept on knocking. What’s up?” he seemed to feel irritated.
