SCARLETT’S POV

What is he doing here?

“Let’s talk,” Dominic suggested. He pulled me before I could complain, which startled me.

“Let go! Let me go!” I yelled, annoyed, as he drew me in, and my eyes widened as I noticed we’d entered my room.

When he pushed me against the door, f-ck, I closed my eyes. “What’s the problem—” I was taken aback when he brought his face closer to mine, and I kept my mouth shut.

I closed my eyes because I thought he was going to kiss me, but when I heard a thud on my side… I opened my eyes to see that he was holding back his anger and his fist was at the door. As Dominic bowed, I looked at him.

“Why?” he asked. I was taken aback and didn’t know how to react.
