We arrived at the Knight Palace, and I parked Claire’s car outside the mansion and went inside.

I looked at the entire Knight with a mix of frustration and concern. The Stones have also arrived; maybe they are helping with what happened to the chairperson. So, I approached them and gained their attention.

“Are you all okay?” I asked. My cousins came up to me.

“The chairman was ambushed, and our other personnel died, TSK,” said Sandro. Sandro Knight is the son of uncle Alejandro.

“Someone informed us that our enemies were planning to ambush the chairperson, so we moved him to another car,” Rios Knight explained. He is one of the most mysterious of us, but he is gentle with his female cousins. He is Erin’s younger brother and the family’s second child.

“I can’t believe he can do this to the chairman! Is there something we did wrong? To avenge us?” asked Lux. She is a beautiful and strong woman. She is the daughter of Aunt Amelia Knight.
