Chapter 98. Lunch out to Remember
ALBERT RIPLEY was having breakfast with Catherine when they heard the main door open. Soon, their butler, Garette, entered the dining room holding a brown envelope. "What is it?” Albert asks while cutting his bacon.
“A parcel. It was sent via private courier with no return address,” Garette responded while intently checking all corners of the envelope.
“Who is it for?” Catherine asked.
“For Mr. Ripley,” Garette answered politely.
“Hand it to me,” Albert demands while extending his hand.
“Can you open it later after we eat?” Catherine requested while lightly tapping Albert's hand.
“It might be important. I want to see it now.” He insists.
Soon Garette marched toward him and handed the envelope and when he saw the contents his face contorted in anger instantly. His reaction scared Catherine.
